The now Iconic Spice Girls were the one band that made girl power a phenomenon across the globe and now former Spice Girls member, Emma Bunton, has hinted that the all girl supergroup may be reuniting for a 20th anniversary tour next year.
The Spice Girls will celebrate 20 years since the release of their breakout hit ‘Wannabe’ in 2016 and Bunton told the media that if the stars align and timing pans out, the girls may regroup for a reunion tour next year.
“I was with Geri and Mel B just recently, we love each other and we love performing together,”she told the Daily Star.
“It’s just when the timing is right because we all have our own careers now and we have families, it’s just about getting five schedules together and that’s all it is.”
Last year bandmate Mel B similarly hinted at a 2016 reunion tour.
The Spice Girls last performed together in 2012 for the closing ceremony of the London Olympics
