Ice cream and champagne

This recipe is a perfect mix of dessert and cocktail

Ingredients
1 tbsp Cognac
1 tbsp orange liqueur
1 tbsp Maraschino cherry liqueur
1 scoop good-quality vanilla ice cream
Champagne, to top up
grated nutmeg, to garnish

Method
Pour the Cognac, cointreau and cherry liqueur into a mixing glass. Add a handful of ice and stir until well combined.

Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a large glass and strain the cocktail over the ice cream.

Top up with champagne and garnish with grated nutmeg.
