In the mood for seafood? Nothing says seafood like calamari. Here's our easy Stuffed Calamari recipe
Ingredients8 calamari tubes, cleaned 2 smoked chicken breast fillets, shredded Cajun spice, for rubbing 15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
MethodPreheat the oven to 180 C.
stuff the calamari tubes with the shredded smoked chicken and secure the end with a toothpick.
Rub the tubes all over with the Cajun spice.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the stuffed tubes for 2 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a baking dish and finish tubes for 2 minutes on each side.
Repeat and eat (Serve on a bed of rice or mash with a green salad on the side. - DELISH!)
